Useeum’s Ticketing Universe is a shared online platform for museums and similar institutions, available here.

Our ambition is to create a single entry point to all museums. This provides a foundation for marketing the entire sector collectively and for building strong connections between museums and a large audience of culture and museum enthusiasts. It creates powerful synergies across institutions—to everyone’s benefit—because museums are stronger together than alone.

You can also use our ticketing platform as an easy and affordable way to sell all your digital tickets – directly from your own website.

Integrated into the Useeum App

Our ticketing platform is integrated into the Useeum app. So when you choose to sell tickets through our platform, you also get a profile in the app—giving you exposure to its user base.

This allows users to easily purchase and store tickets to your museum directly in the Useeum app. And if you also offer digital guides, gamification, or other experiences through the app, your guests can access everything in one convenient place. Simple and user-friendly.

It’s Your Visitors

Our ticketing platform is solely an additional sales channel for museums. Our goal is to pass on as many visitors to you as possible, and we're happy to direct users to your museum’s website, newsletter, and more—giving you the best opportunity to build lasting relationships with them.

Of course, we also share ongoing statistics about user activity on your page, and every month you’ll receive a report with a detailed breakdown of all tickets sold.

Easy to Manage

Our ticketing system is straightforward. Users receive a ticket with a QR code via email and can also choose to save it in the Useeum app. When the guest arrives at the museum and presents the QR code, your front-of-house staff can redeem the ticket using the camera on a standard smartphone. And even if you don’t scan the tickets, you’ll still receive payment for them, as settlements are based on the number of tickets sold.

We currently also offer integration with NaviPartner’s ticketing system. So if you're a NaviPartner customer, the tickets we sell for you can be redeemed using your own scanners and entry gates, and we can also support time slots, capacity limits, and more.

You Only Pay When It Works

Our ticketing platform and membership programs offer risk-free marketing. While other types of marketing require an upfront cash investment and provide an unknown return, with us, you only pay a portion of your ticket price when the marketing works and generates additional sales for you.

Price for ticket sales and issuance:
5% of the ticket price + VAT.
