From historical artists like Storm P., Liva Weel, and PH, through Dirch Passer, to contemporary figures such as Roald Als, Casper Christensen, and Lisbet Dahl. See the many drawings and photos, iconic costumes and props, listening stations, and screens with unforgettable TV and stage moments
Humorous and satirical art not only gives us an entertaining view of Danish history from the constitution in 1849 to the present day, but it also highlights humor and satire as a core part of the Danish soul.
In addition to the museum’s permanent exhibition on humor and satire, we showcase changing thematic special exhibitions that unfold the cheerful and thought-provoking aspects.
