Tickets
Always purchase your ticket(s) from an authorized ticket vendor. Useeum does not assume responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased outside of Useeum. This includes tickets purchased directly from the museum’s own website.
When you purchase tickets on useeum.com, you will receive an email. In the email, you will find a unique QR code containing all the tickets you have purchased in this order. You must bring this QR code to your visit to the museum. The QR code can be either printed, in your phone’s email program, or in the Useeum app. The QR code is scanned and redeemed by museum staff.
Please note that the ticket itself must not be torn or clipped. Only complete tickets are accepted at the entrance.
Please note that the unique QR code is a bearer document that can be redeemed by the person holding the QR code (ticket) in hand (regardless of the name the ticket is issued to). Therefore, we ask you to keep the QR code carefully. Lost QR codes will not be replaced. However, it is possible to have the QR code resent if you contact [email protected].
Useeum’s Role as a Facilitator
Useeum solely facilitates the sale of tickets between the buyer and the museum.
You are thus entering into an agreement with the specific museum to which you are purchasing ticket(s). The name and address of the specific museum are stated on your ticket, on our website in connection with your purchase, and on the order confirmation.
Useeum is not liable for any errors made by the customer in entering contact information. Useeum is also not liable if such errors result in tickets not reaching the customer.
Regarding the Relationship Between Museums and Useeum
Useeum is solely responsible for the financial part of the purchase. If there are deficiencies or complaints regarding a museum visit, all inquiries should be directed directly to the specific museum.

Personal data (name, address, etc.) are stored and transmitted in a closed network. These pieces of information are not accessible from the internet. All payment-related information is encrypted and sent to Quickpay.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Agreement Act § 18, paragraph 2, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Submitting a Complaint
If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us at [email protected]. If we fail to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution at the National Complaints House, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, or via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the European Commission’s online complaint portal, which is primarily relevant if you are a consumer residing in an EU country other than Denmark. You can find the complaint portal here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. When submitting a complaint, please specify our email address [email protected].
Resale for Commercial Purposes
In accordance with the Act on the Resale of Tickets for Cultural and Sporting Events, it is not allowed to sell and resell tickets at a higher price in Denmark. This means, among other things, that it is prohibited to resell tickets at a profit.
You are allowed to transfer your ticket to others without charge or at the price you paid for the ticket, including any costs, fees, etc.
Access to Museums
Check the information on the ticket, including the number, type of ticket, and any special rules for the various museums.
The QR code contains all tickets made in a purchase. It is possible to redeem the tickets multiple times, but a ticket can only be redeemed once.
Illegal copying or resale of tickets may result in denial of access. Useeum and the museum are not responsible for losses, costs, or invalid tickets resulting from illegal copying and/or resale of tickets.
General Terms
The purchase is subject to the ordinary rules of Danish law. A binding agreement is only entered into when Useeum has received/registered payment.
Disclaimer
Useeum reserves the right to errors and omissions in prices and descriptions.
