Museum Give
In the heart of Jutland, just west of Vejle, you’ll find Museum Give. Here, you are welcomed into a true treasure trove of history through our permanent exhibitions!
Step inside the heath farmer’s homestead, where you can see how a farming family lived on the heath more than 100 years ago. Peek into the alcove or discover what the lady of the house kept in the pantry. Explore the barn and find the farmhand’s cramped quarters.
Wander through Trade & Craftsmanship, an exhibition about the development and life of the railway town. Visit the grocer’s shop, the butcher, the blacksmith’s forge, and many other trades that once dominated the townscape. Learn about a time before fast supermarkets, self-service, and online shopping.
Take a trip back in time to the village school. Step among the school desks and experience a classroom setting from the 1930s. See where students sat as they practied their verbs and multiplication tables, all under the strict discipline of the stern headmaster.

The ticket portal is new, and we are working on including all Danish museums. Right now, you can purchase tickets for the museums you see here, but we hope that in the future, you’ll be able to buy tickets for even more museums.
