Cirkusmuseet i Rold
Cirkusmuseet i Rold er indrettet ved Cirkus Miehes gamle vinterkvarter, som er Danmarks eneste bevarede cirkusbygning i træ.
Museet giver et indblik i cirkus som arbejdsplads i de seneste 200 år. Du får et indblik i både cirkusdirektørens, artisternes, staldtjeneren og barnets hverdag i cirkusverdenen. En verden, der bestod af meget mere end bifald og beundring fra publikum.
På Cirkusmuseet i Rold kan du udover at se selve udstillingen også prøve kræfter med ægte cirkusartisteri. Store såvel som små cirkusinteresserede kan sminke sig som en rigtig cirkusklovn eller lave sine egne jonglørbolde og efterfølgende optræde i Cirkus Miehes gamle ridehus. Her findes også en kasse med artistredskaber til fri afbenyttelse for dem, der har lyst.

Here you’ll find a wealth of great stories in the form of guides, podwalks, and treasure hunts for a variety of museums, visitor centers, castles, nature parks, and the like.
The ticket portal is new, and we are working on including all Danish museums. Right now, you can purchase tickets for the museums you see here, but we hope that in the future, you’ll be able to buy tickets for even more museums.
